Kuldeep Yadav made a strong claim for a spot in the Indian squad for the T20 world cup to be held later this year by taking 2/30. Bhuvneshwar Kumar strengthened his reputation as one of India’s best white bowlers by taking 1/21 to keep Sri Lankan batsmen on a tight leash in their chase of a modest target.
