On 26 June, England won the third T20 versus Sri Lanka to make it a 3-10 clean sweep in the 3-match series. In the match in Southampton, England batted first and got off to a brilliant start with a 105-run opening partnership before Jonny Bairstow got out in 11.4 overs. Thereafter, England lost regular wickets and ended up with a score of 180 for six in their allotted overs. David Willey was England’s best bowler on display with three for 27. Sam Curran took 2 for 14, while Chris Woakes, Chris Jordan, Liam Livingstone and Moeen Ali took one wicket each.
