John Simpson has been around for a long time now. The left-handed wicket-keeper batter who was born in Lancashire in 1988 was a part of the England Under-19 team that travelled to India in 2004-05 and to Bangladesh in 2005-06. He made his debut across all three formats for Middlesex in 2009 and has been their premier gloveman since then.
