Daryl Mitchell (born May 20 1991) is a New Zealand all-rounder who bats right-handed and bowls right-arm medium pace. In June 2018, Northern Districts granted him a contract for the 2018-19 domestic season. Mitchell made his T20I debut versus India at Wellington in Feb. 2019. His test debut was against England at Hamilton in Nov. 2019. In June 2020, he shifted to play for Canterbury from the Northern Districts team. Daryl’s father, John Mitchell, played rugby union or New Zealand and is currently a coach in the sport.
