Surrey’s Jamie Smith is our first-choice keeper in our dream11. Batting at number six, he can play the role of finisher to perfection as he proved against Glamorgan on 14 June, when his 35 from 24 balls got Surrey over the line, while chasing 167 to win. Middlesex’s John Simpson is our second keeper batsman, who has been very consistent. His 62 from 31 balls to chase down a target of 217 against Hampshire is unforgettable.
Batsmen
Surrey’s Burns is our first choice as batsman. His international experience will add value to our dream11. Our second batsman is Will Jack, opening batsman who scored 70 in the previous match against Middlesex. Eskinazi, and Stirling, both Middlesex men complete our batting line up. Two of the most consistent batsmen in the competition, these players made 36 and 58, respectively, in Middlesex’s previous game versus Surrey on 14 June.

g>Middlesex’s Chris Green is fast emerging as an allrounder to reckon with. He scored 19 batting low in the order and took 1/25 in his side’s last game with Surrey.
BowlersBowlers
ddlesex have two consistent wicket taking bowlers in Souter in Finn. For instance, in their last game versus Surrey on 11 June, Souter grabbed 3/40 and Finn took 2/41. Likewise, Surrey have an effective wicket taking bowler in the form of Dan Murtagh who is continuing the good form he showed in the county championship in April and May. Blake Cullen is an emerging bowler who has given enough evidence of his ability, as for instance against Glamorgan when he took 3/33.
