In Conclusion
As already stated, the
above list includes only successful chases. There
have been instances when
India have made substantial scores in the
second innings of an ODI
only to end up losing the game. For example, in
November 2009, India were set a target of 350/4 by Australia in a match
in Hyderabad. However, the
hosts were bowled out for 347, losing the game
by a wafer-thin margin of
3 runs.
